What has been everyone's most successful product for cleaning the window?? we have Rutland conditioning glass cleaner and it.is.just.not.working. We are new to the wood stove community, just got an insert to heat our house instead of a heat wasting fireplace!

I've used the Rutland for two years and does very good job for me. Takes all the soot in seconds. Takes some practice to figure out how much to put on the glass and when flip the paper.

All I do is use a damp cloth dipped in the ashes. It works perfect!!
