The 30-year-old stove I purchased in 1988 still in use and still in great shape. Only door gaskets have been replaced.
This model has the shaker grate with the removable handle.

Hi, my first post and don’t know if I am in the right spot. Today I got this VC Resolute. Photo to the left, brown porcelain clean and no chips low hours off CL Ann Arbor Michigan, $470.00, 6’ of two Wall. 943582 is the serial number. I am trying to figure out what series this stove is. Seems there are 3 vaieations...
Okay back ground. Going in a 950 sf cottage but will be installed in the walkout basement. In a fireplace that has a fireplace above the basement one.i have three flues.one flue that’s not being used will be plumbed in for a fresh air return. Fireplace is in the middle of the cottage 10 miles north of Port Sanilac Michigan. The stove is small and seemed heavy for the size... wife was complaining a little when we were carrying it down 4 stairs. So I will down load the manual and commit to memory, hook up and will be back for an update. Need the series name of stove please, one , two, three, Aclaim... thanks for the help.
