    Ash getting into burn chamber - Harmon TL300

    I've had a Harmon TL300 now for around 13 years, and am replacing the burn chamber, shoe brick, and other cracked bricks for the 2nd time now. This time the repair is coming to around $1400... I could buy a new stove for that - but I like this top loader... I'm looking to you all to see if...

    Harman TL300 - Love/Hate - I want to design a robust afterburner

    I've had a Harman TL300 for about 10 years now. In general the stove is great. However a couple aspects of it drive me nuts. 1) The afterburner gets clogged up, falls apart, needs replacing every 3yrs or so, and is expensive ($450) 2) The fancy bricks surrounding the afterburner throat crack...
