    Silent flame ‘92 2058A

    Hello, We just bought a house with this wood burner in it. The previous owner used it to heat the 1500 sq foot home. It is a silent flame 2058A made in 92 I was wondering how much this would be worth if we decided to sell it? We both have asthma and are wondering if we use it, may cause an issue.
