    Cracks in an Upland 207

    i’ve got a 30+ year old Upland 207 wood stove. It seems that it was once repaired with some kind of high temperature putty. The putty has long since cracked off as can be seen in the above photo. Is it best to weld the crack shut or repair it again with high temperature putty?
