    Whitfield Advantage Plus

    Whitfield advantage plus, will not stay lit on low settings. 1 and 2. Burns fine on 3 and 4. Setting 2 causes pellet pile ups, back ups, black door, fire puts itself out. How do I get this stove to burn properly on low settings? Thanks.
