Whitfield Advantage Plus

Whitfield advantage plus, will not stay lit on low settings. 1 and 2. Burns fine on 3 and 4. Setting 2 causes pellet pile ups, back ups, black door, fire puts itself out. How do I get this stove to burn properly on low settings? Thanks.

Yes, have taken everything apart and cleaned it.

How can I tell if the combustion fan is good?

Where is your chimney, is it clean. You should feel a good amount of air coming out. The fire in the pot should "dance", not just wave slowly.
