I received an email today from Lowes regarding a $10 coupon for first responders.

October is First Responder Month.

This is a $10 coupon that can be applied online or at the store, once the coupon is posted to the lowes.com account. Verification status is via ID.me and when I did it, I had to give them a copy of my retired ID or dd214 or similar. I had to send them a copy of my first responder ID. Basically upload a picture or scan and they verify it and delete it.

Here are the discount details.

ID.me – Coupons, Discounts, and Cash Back Rewards for Members

Here is a link to the rest. You will need an ID.me account (free) and a lowes.com account (free).

I've been doing business with ID.me as they have also been a contractor for the Veterans Admin.

If you have any question, let me know and I will try to answer them for you.

I'm not associated with Lowe's or ID.me except that I am a customer of both. I don't receive anything for passing this info on, just the reward of helping deserved persons to save $10-.
