119 complaints, on the surface may seem like a whole nutsack full of issues. But then, when you break it down, you need to remember that this is a company that operates in 8 states plus D.C. and has 26 service locations throughout the northeast. Roughly four pissed off, "failed to recieve what I was entitled to" one sided complaints filed per location. Kinda puts it in perspective. Also, keep in mind that the complaints that we read are all the customers' versions and none of them have Petro's response.
