Hi everyone!

We just installed our BRAND NEW 55TRP-10 England's Stove a few weeks ago and have had not one but TWO issues already! I am wondering if anyone knows if these two issues are related.

The 1st issue began with the blower making a noise so the techs at England's Stove Works shipped us a new blower to install. We will be doing that Thursday.

The 2nd issue just started - I went to turn on the stove and no pellets are dropping. The bottom auger is spinning. I unloaded all the pellets from the Hopper and sure enough, the top auger is NOT rotating!

Of course I happened upon this at 5:13pm and tech support at England's closed at 5 :o(

I did read in the manual that one (of the four) causes of auger not turning could be the "vacuum sensor) and the solution is to "check the exhaust blower".

I am hoping these this auger issue will be resolved once we replace the blower but I was wondering if anyone had any additional info that may help?

Thanks so much!

You could set up a power cord with the appropriate connections on the end to see if you can power it on its own.

England Stoves has some wood trouble shooting guides on their website ... (broken link removed to http://www.heatredefined.com/support/troubleshooting-guide/pellet-stove-service-procedures)

Keep us posted and welcome to the forum!

The top auger on these stoves is intermittent ,as its purpose is to meter the correct amount of pellets in relation to the heat range set. Also on newer stoves when the hopper cover is open the top auger will not rotate .That is one of the safety features on these stoves .

Which blower did you replace?
