....that is my question! So the accentra has been burning away just fine, it's my basement dweller, I've been running it on stove temp mode just a few hrs here and there when I've been In my shop. I usually walk over, turn the knob to "h" and walk away...minuets later I've got a nice warm fire and shortly there afte a nice toasty shop.... Just luv it! Now the for the issue. I filled the hopper to the top the other day, and re adjusted the stove for a higher setting, feed rate 4 and stove temp 5.5. I wanted to get a rough idea of how many hours/ burn cycles I'd get on a slightly higher setting. I also scraped the burn pot, latched everything nice and tight, turned the knob to "H" and it feed pellets....and just about burnt out. The feed motor never kicked in, I took it off auto and cycled the setting from h to off to h and it took off running...hmmmm.the next night I scraped the burn pot , set it to run and got ht e same thing as the day before...2nd hmmmm. After it cooled down it did a dollar bill test on the front door, sure nuff I can pull it right out but only in one spot right at the bottom of the door. I lit it again...same thing. Now tonite I lit the stove but did not open the door...it took right off.....it this because of the door gasket...Its the last thing on my to do list, and what do you guys recommend of the gasket on this ( diameter that is) thanks....ken

Should be this:

Door Rope & Ash Gasket 3/8" 4 strand - 8 FT
Harman Part # 1-00-00888

I'm betting you could find a same replacement under the Rutland line of goods.

See if you can find the graphite impregnated product. Seems to self lube and keep itself fuller. Yea I know its starting to sound like a Viagra commercial. Stove porn
