or have any experience with it? It sounds interesting and expensive. :-) Somehow I find this bloody thing intriguing. :-) I wonder if it is even sold here in the US.

On practical experience, I would have to search on German forums
to find out more about this particular Wood Pellet Stove.

Expensive.... it all depends how you look at it, probably yes.

Definitely more advanced than what we have in the US on Wood Pellet Stoves.

Even though, Europeans copied that Idea from us.

It is a great alternative to heating Oil, which in Europe is more expensive than US.
That's also a reason, why their market is quite developed there.
Further, European Governments offer the Home Owner’s generous Incentives.

Yeah, I didn't search any German forums for info. As far as being expensive, well, it's probably a safe bet to say it's more money than a Harman and that's expensive enough. :-) Seriously though, it seems to do alot and that in itself makes it probably worth alot. I have read the europeans are really more into bulk storage and this thing certainly has that capablility. Most interesting was that underground storage. :wow:

Pelletfan,

Indeed, a very advanced design. Certainly taking it to the next level. It could "almost" make me change to pellets, as it could also be the BMW of pellet stoves! Danke.

Here a link to an Irish Website which sells the Wood Pellet Stoves from SHT
http://www.enerfina.com/enerfina/quotation/show_stove/905?pp=216

take a look on grants available
http://www.enerfina.com/enerfina/quotation/boiler

Wow!! Thanx for those links. Seems no problemo getting over 12,000 Euros with the underground storage option and a few other goodies before grants. A previous poster compared it to a Beemer. Maybe more like a Rolls. Factor in the exchange rates and today it would cost over $15,000 in USD. Ouch. Almost as much as a Harman. :-P
