Anyone know what happened to hotblast?

I was thinking of picking up one of the Hot Blast furnaces by US stove from tractor supply store but it appears they arent carrying them anymore as they are not offered anymore on their website. I asked a manager of a local store and he said he didnt know why. Any idea why they are not carrying them anymore? they seemed to have them every year for as long as I can remember.

At my local store they got a couple in each fall. They sat around collecting dust till they went on clearance in the spring.

They dont seem all that bad for the $. I know they dont burn hard coal that great but Ive seen good reviews on wood. Seems fairly well built/designed for the $.

I was just in my local TSC here in central Ohio and I saw a HotBlast while at the cash register so they still have some out there.
I have a 1557m I've used for 5 years now and I'm happy with it. Not the most efficient by far, but I don't burn 24/7 and don't feel like I have to because I didn't drop 10 grand on my system. Sometimes its nice to get home from a hard day and not worry about messing with a fire But most times I enjoy a nice 74 degree warm wood heated home from it!

Thanks for the inifo. What kind of burn times do you get with it, enough to keep the blowers still on?
