I just installed a wall mount Ashley AP5000 pellet stove. Initial start up is very basic, but the stove will not light. The ON button flashes as it is supposed to, the blower turns on and the temperature setting light is on. All seems correct, but it will not light. Any help??!

The auger did drop pellets into the burn pot. Everything seems to be functioning correctly according to the initial start up, it’s just not igniting. I did check all of the fuses also

If you have a plug in power kw meter you can plug the stove into it. The igniter will draw about 300W. If you are not drawing over 400W on startup it might not be working.
