Would like to know why my stove is making aloud metal clicking sound, but it still runs, and heats with out noise on low speed, but turned up it makes the metal clicking noise.

Sounds like either a pellet caught in the fan blades or the bearings are going bad and the fan may need replacement.
You can try oiling the fan’s bearing with light machine oil or Anderol 465 synthetic bearing oil. The oil may calm down the noise temporarily,
Which fan is making the noise, the exhaust blower or the Convection blower?
