well due to the crappy pellets in my area this year having excess fines and long pc's in the mix. It was enough to bind up my auger and shear of the cotter pin. The shaft spun and jammed on the motor and now i cannot get it to spin and come off.. After 2 hours of trying to pull apart last night i gave up and put it back in. Ill let the motor fall of if it ever gets to its proper keying again.. I was going to order a new shaft as i remember when i got the stove the original owner put a nail in place of the cotter pin and busted the auger haft all up. Luckily they supplied new motor and shaft because when i seen the price of the shaft i was shocked. By the time i pay shipping and exchange it will be a easy $250. Anyone have a good source for a good used or better pricing on new? I would like to have one here so if it frees itself and is badly damaged i can swap it out.. I live way up north so its a easy 2 weeks by the time i order from pellet head.

I have an auger (no motor)you can have pm me your address and cover shipping.

Sounds good... Ill shoot ya a msg when i get of work tonight

Greatly appreciated
Thanks

Talked to our local pellet suppliers today. Sounds like no one likes the new pellets. All having issues. I guess the other supplier went to export only... guess the only other option is out Canadian tire hardwood pellets..
