Here is two photo's of my recent installation. I have yet to put in the fresh air supply but otherwise it is done.
I made all the ductwork by welding up 3/4 inch angle and covering with 22ga using pop rivets. The return side
lifts off to allow change of filter without tools. The output is blowing into living room of very open house and
the return is pulling thru finished and unfinished basement. Now if i can fiqure out how to attach the photo's.

Is the space around your installation an unheated part of the house? You might want to consider insulating your duct work. That's a lot of exposed metal ducting...

Good point....clean looking install! I like the oversized ducts...smart.

Its in a well-insulated but unheated garage. My plan was to heat the garage with heat radiating off stove. I think the stove
will have enough excess output that it won't be a problem. I am in southern Tenn where a average winter day is 30 to 45.
We have short- lived cold blasts where it gets down into teens and sub-zero for overnight lows but most days are lows in twenties and highs 30's and 40's.

Nice looking install, but only one photo came through...

There is a total size limit on photos in a post, but unless you are using unusually large sizes, or high resolutions, you should be able to get 2-3 photos / post at least... The secret is that after selecting a photo, you need to hit the "preview post" button on the bottom of the screen. This will upload the first photo(s), and give you a chance to post the next one, repeat until done or you run out of room...

The other option is to just keep posting replies and sticking more photos in each one...
