Here's one of the worst cases of buyer's remorse I've ever seen. Someone else's gain:

Woodstove - $600 Brand (Fairbanks)

New Blaze King woodstove from 2009, Has glass door for fire viewing, no dents or scratches, works as advertised. Stove works just fine but we dont have the room and other half wanted something prettier so we will take 4 cords of wood (cut to 16" length) or $600.00 cash for it. Can pick up at my home. Scottie 322-9595

I would be over there with cash in a heart beat. That stove will sell for thrice that amount in September.

Those type of bargains do not come often! Sad to see it is just because wifey does not like the looks of it. Well, as for room, all stoves will take some room away from you.... I wonder what will please them?

Wonder how much shipping would cost????? Well over $1000 i'm sure. Hope someone grabs that stove quick,,,if its not gone already.

The add has been deleted, so I figure it is sold. Someone will be happy.
Wish I was closer, $600, closest I will ever get to taking home a princess. ;-)

I think I would have traded the other half for wood instead. And then maybe start looking for something prettier. :)

Y'all made me laugh, you did.

I had a brief spasm of madness wherein I considered trading some wood for that stove, just because you never know, or to resell myself. And then I pictured trying to load it, transport it, off-load it into my garage, get the wood over there, and thought about everything on my to-do list that would take a back seat, and thought, "Nah." Sometimes the simple answer is the right one.

Speaking of my to-do list, if any of you see me hanging around the forum today, remind me that I have work to do, okay?
