Central Maine
I had a chance to purchase and burn 10 bags of Blazer pellets last week, and was very pleased with them. I live in Auburn Maine, bought them locally at HD. First time I have ever seen them here, but then again, HD had about 6 or 8 different brands for sale this season. I would like to buy 5 tons of Blazer for next heating season. Does anyone know where I can get them? As we all know, one cannot be choosy at HD.

Oregon

Yes, I see that on the bag. There web site states that the Blazer Pellets are made from Douglas Fir. How did HD get them from Oregon to Maine? By rail? No way could they have been transported by truck and sold at their regular price of $4.18 a bag.

Burned some and will be keeping my eyes open for more.

Sorry, I was typing fast on my phone before. I honestly don't know how they're shipping pellets from Oregon to Maine. I suppose one can ask the next time. Do you really think they're made from DF? I figured DF pellets would be pinker. I'd love to buy 6 tons for $209 for next year's stash, if they can get them regularly.

Welcome to the world of burning DF pellets. I am interested in knowing how Blazer gets their pellets across the country.
