At last I'm at the point of hooking the wood boiler into the
propane boiler, but I'm not sure exactly how to procede. I've
attached a photo of my system and would appreciate any
input as to where the lines should be splice in.
The real concern is the DHW lines which are on priority,
(the main circ pump stays off till the priority is met via
it's own pump, not shown) they are the ones with the green lines pointing to them. The
rest of the zones are on spaced tees (LH side) and the obvious way would
be to tie in via spaced tees but I don't think it would service the
DHW unless I move that to spaced tees also and then hook
wood boiler into that spot..
I sent this over to the guys at econoburn but they haven't
responded and my plumber say's he'll do as I ask....
So what do you think?? If I hook in via spaced tees on the right side
above the check valve will this give me DHW? Or should it go where the
DHW is now and put those lines on tees? Thanks Dan
