I have been using a rigid 6" diameter Rutland poly brush to clean my stainless prefab chimney. It works, but never seems to remove the creosote completely. Even when I twist the brush and run it up and down a few times I cans see where the bristles left their mark. It doesn't leave large amounts of creosote behind, but I would like to see it completely clean when I am done. I was wondering if I should try a softer poly brush when trying to remove lighter deposits.
Anyone use one of these on a 6" stainless pipe?

They start at 8" diameter, so I am not sure how it works on a 6" pipe.
Thanks
