Maxim 250 burning through a ton of pellets in a week. I replaced my wood boiler with the maxim so we were able to just sit the stove and plumb into existing. Everything worked fine with wood boiler. At first I was getting a lot of smoke in hopper. Added a third chimney section and that resolved the issue, but I am going through 320-400lbs of pellets in a24 hr period. We switched south the firestar with a new one. The fan speed does slow down a bit more now but no matter what adjustments I make it isn't changing how much fuel I'm burning. Need some help fast. $500 in fuel for 2 weeks is too much
