CAB 50 Lotsa pellet feeds during burn cycle

Hi everyone

My CAB 50 seems to be feeding pellets pretty often during a burn cycle.

It clocks on and calls for heat, drops some, ignites, waits a minute then drops more…..then more….and more….flame gets
Pretty high and is in a decent huge burn, and as the cycle continues, i am wondering if this feed avery 10-15 seconds if a few pellets dropping into the box is normal?

The amount of Ash hasnt increased, i think.

If you think too much fuel is being dropped then adj the feed rate
in your manual page 10

Thanks for the reply. Im aware of the feed control lever in the hopper, but im talking about the frequency of the feed auger being activated during a burn cycle.

That's how a pellet stove works by dropping pellets into the burn pot at
preset times. Your stove has 3 settings low, medium, and high.
If it is set on high, auger run time longer
Low, less auger run time

Makes sense. Just seemed to be going a bit overboard with pellet consumption, and i had thermocouple issues last month. Just doing my due diligence.
