Call red light does not come on

I have a quadrafire Castille and when I turn it on the control box blue light blinks and the fan turns on the exhaust blower but no red call light. I have check the motor , the wires , vacuum , fuse , switches ,thermostat etc. Still no call light for pellets. I have the insert out of the fireplace.
It appears to be the control box?

Sounds like it.There is a guy that repairs them,listed on ebay
