Castile pellet stove from Ace Hardware

First time messing with a pellet stove, many years of wood burning but wanted to give this a try.
My mother works management at Ace so she gets things at cost, I asked her to order me the pellet stove that’s rated for 1500sq feet and retails around 1100.

after installing and reading the directions a few times then searching google/youtube I still can’t find and answer.

what do the settings mean and it seems I can’t adjust the stove.

I can’t help I got the models confused. Quadrafire sell a model the Castile. Yours is a Castle. That can’t be on accident.
