We bought it new last year and it ran great. This year we started it up and it was going fine. Now it won't start. It has power. The red call light comes on, but no fan, no pellets, nothing but the call light. We emptied out the hopper and vacuumed out the feed. It might have been jammed and there was a lot of dust in there. We replaced all three snap discs. We blew into the vacuum hose. We bypassed the hopper switch. Nothing seems to help. I've read through many posts and tried everything I find but no success. On a side note, and probably unrelated, but the last time it was working, the flame seemed longer than usual. Any suggestions?

Try by passing the vac switch. With the comment of taller flames, the stove and or exhaust path may be dirty and or clogged. With fan not starting, try reaching in and spinning the backside of the fan to see if it was stuck. Vacuum has to be created, for auger to start. kap

When was the stove cleaned from the air inlet to the end of the exhaust
Tall lazy flame is lack of combustion air Fan not working (combustion fan)
or a very dirty plugged-up stove with ash
