Hello
The Harman P61 has not been used in the past 4 years and the Burnpot and Burnpot Gasket is a little grundgey!
Using a blasting cabinet with a little white aluminum oxide and 25 CFM Quincy compressor seemed to perk it up a bit?

That looks great! I found this forum at 4am when I got out of my healthcare job exhausted. My two week old Quadrafire is already having issues and dealer wants me to clean behind the baffle lol. All this when she and I both know it’s their pos thermostats. Anyway I can’t heat a 700sq ft living room with a beast that is made for 2600sq ft. Just frustrating

Hello Crisonthia
Just put the make and model of your stove in your signature on your profile page and create a new post with all the information about your pellet stove issue.

That cleaned up nicely.
Curious, have you ever tried polishing the pot? Especially the areas where they build up the carbon more. Thinking that nice smooth polished surface would be easier to clean and less build up.

Hello
That is an idea but the burnpot has a very hot fire in it that would destroy any polish. What did you have in mind?

I think even if it was lapped you’d still get the speed bump 😉

Maybe a fuel stirrer rod or Versa Grate would help? I think our speed bump would be a lot worse if we did not have Selkirk DT :-)
