Disappointed in Stihl Warranty

On the other end of the spectrum, I just took my roughly-2-year old Stihl bed redefiner back to my dealer, there was a problem with the drive shaft retainer. I’m not sure if it was under warranty or not, given it’s age (I can’t even remember exactly when I bought it), but it was repaired in two days (over Thanksgiving, no less), no charge.

I don’t like the title of this thread, it has nothing to do with Stihl. Your dealer’s service department just sucks. I’ve had the same problem with my local Deere dealer, who’s great on parts and sales, but absolutely incompetent on service. I don’t blame Deere for that.
