Been seeing a couple of guys having problems with their auto ignite on the 25-PDVC
I spoke to the Englander support after i was too having problems with getting mine to start after 3 times.
He suggested a very easy fix. If you locate the igniter housing, right on top of it there is a little metal cap, just pop it off. It allows a better air flow. Next start up i could see a big difference in the brightness of the "glow" from the igniter. Started up in 3 mins.
