My Monica has an issue. It burns fine but is stuck on final cleaning and won't cycle off therefore can't restart. I tried to recycle power. The exhaust temp won't go below 114 even after running in final cleaning f pit hours. Does that seem like sensor in exhaust is bad any thoughts.

Yes, it sounds like the exhaust temperature probe is bad, or the control board has some issue. Try replacing the temp sensor first. Parts are available from North Forge Heating (Annville PA), Kingdom Biofuel (PA) and woodmanspartsplus.com.
Somebody else had the same problem with their stove, right after a lightning storm, which damaged the control board. Did you have a lightning storm recently?

No storm but my wife said she touched stove and got shocked. Static??. After that I have had issues. I guess that's called the smoke probe??
Yes, that is called the "Smoke Probe", Available from Woodmanspartsplus.com for $25, but I bet your control board got damaged.

I replaced sensor. They ohmed out close to each other. I figured it wouldn't work. It still says exhaust is 108 degrees. Any thoughts besides circuit board
Contact a Ravalli dealer and see if they have a solution to maybe just resetting that sensor via the service access. I had an 09 air flow meter issue and I bought a new air flow meter didn't solve the problem called my dealer he talked to Ravalli and gave me the codes of turn the meter off via the service panel access. Has worked perfectly 4 months since I did that but I'm waiting for Ravalli to come up with a fix.
OK, I think I can tell you how to reprogram the stove to compensate for your smoke probe issue.
Do the following and post your results to this forum:
1) Press and hold the #4 button till the display shows "Menu 01 Set Clock", then release button #4.
2) Press and release button #4 three times, until the display shows "Menu 04 View Settings"
3) Press and release button #6 once, the display should show a number at the top of the screen, and the second line of the screen should read "Pr 01"
4) Press and release button #6 thirteen more times until the display is at the "Pr 13" "Threshold Stop" screen.
What is the number at the top of the screen?
Do the following and post your results to this forum:

3) Press and release button #6 once, the display will show a “00” at the top and “Code Access” at the bottom.
4) Press and hold button #5 until the display top number changes to “A9”. (buttons #4 and #5 scroll up and down thru all the possible codes).
5) Press and release button #6, then press again to scroll to “Pr13” (#6 and #7 scroll up and down thru the Pr parameter list).
6) When you are on the "Pr 13" screen, press and release button #5 to change “112” to “120” (#4 and #5 scroll up and down thru all the possible range of the what you are setting for the Pr parameter value)
7) Press button #3 twice to exit the Default Settings, and return to the normal home screen.
8) Turn off the AC power to the stove, wait 10 seconds then turn AC power back ON.
9) After the combustion fan stops, start the stove, let it burn for a while (20 minutes?), then shut it off, and see if you problem is fixed.

After u post the first time I figured what u had in mind. I put it a little higher as sensor is reading off a good bit. It seemed to work the first time. The next time the stove skipped the start phase and went to waiting on flame. The stove then went out on depress code. I checked your instructions again. I didn't cycle power. I unplugged it and plugged back in. I restarted stove. It worked normally. It is now in in final cleaning mode. We will see tonight how it works.

I saw what is is doing. It goes to start mode. It didn't feed pellets. It then goes to depress code. The last time I messed with door switch then it started ok. I looked at diagram. I saw door and hopper switch. What is this other 2 switches that cause that code. Looks like flue switch and another one. I just cleaned stove.
The issue with stove not shutting down seems to be fine after changing parameter 13.
The stove has been running fine for hours.
