Hello

Has anyone repainted an enamel cast iron pellet or wood stove to make it look new again?

Are the black cast iron stoves just painted black and porcelain enamel used more for colors?

What kind of paint did you use?

Where did you get it?

All I see is this high temp black touch up kit on Amazon for stoves.

Enamel is applied (usually) OVER cast iron. The porcelain enamel used on stoves is a layer of a special colored glass powder which is baked onto the cast iron parts at a high temperature.
