This has been an ongoing battle this season for some reason, the past 6 years have been fine with my stove. I have been having issues with the flame looking lazy and the pellets filling up more in the burn pot. I have read a lot on the bottom 3 buttons of this stove and throughout the last 6 years i have been able to get a way with running it at factory settings of 1-4-1. this year with the issues i have been having, i feel like i have tried it all-

-deep cleaned the stove(including behind the small flaps in the heat exchanger)
-replaced exhaust blower
-installed an outdoor intake through the wall
-replaced the stirrer rod (it was wore down so i figured why not just to see if it would help)
-checked my gasket on the door, which is still good to go
-tried a couple different pellets (softwood and hardwood)

Now, i can get the stove to control itself on lower feed/fan settings.. the pot doesnt fill up and the flame is nice and rapid looking. The only problem with this is that i dont get much heat on lower settings. As soon as i increase my feed to around 4 or 5 the pot gets a little too full, i get a very lazy flame and the stirrer starts having issues turning. I have tried cranking my middle button on the bottom all the way to 9 (supposedly for more air intake) and i notice literally zero change, this stove feels very odd with the settings on the bottom. I dont hear any differences and i hardly see any differences when i mess with the bottom 3 settings. The one i see the biggest difference is the one on the right, which makes my stirrer turn a little more per activation. Am i crazy or are the changes that the bottom 3 settings do just very micro?

Settings i have tried recently..
1-4-1
1-6-1
1-6-3
1-9-3

Any recommendations or other places to look would help, thank you

Sounds like you have an ash-filled stove.
Clean air intake to exhaust termination
Also, if possiable do the leaf blower trick to
clean as much ash as possible.
