Hey All,

I have been testing out my Englander 25-ep that I got used from AM/FM and have found that if I run the stove on anything but 1/2 heat setting, it runs with a huge flame most of the time covering the top plate of the combustion area. Any idea what the issue is and how to potentially lower the burn air settings on heat settings 3-9?

Thanks!

I ran into the same problem with my EP-25.
Remove the thermo couple from the exhaust housing and clean the mounting surface of the thermo couple and the exhaust housing. Apply some silicone heat transfer past between thermo couple and housing and screw it back on. Should fix your problem.
