I'm sure this has been discussed several times. We bought an Englander 25-pdvc stove in Sept. 2013. I was cleaning it daily but started going with the recommendation in the manual of less times a week. For the last couple days the fan is incredibly noisy. We shut it down today. Cleaned it thoroughly. Took the side panel off and checked for dust. We started it back up and the unit was quiet. Now tonight it is loud again. Is the blower going bad already? Is there anything to do short of removing the blower and cleaning it?

too early for that yet, might just be a faulty bearing in the blower, kinda rare but it happens, call my shop tomorrow have your serial number handy we'll ship you out a replacement, no sweat. sometimes a component just isn't up to snuff but runs well enough long enough to get through tech. that's what warranties are for. 800-245-6489 is the number , follow the prompts to customer service my guys will square you away
