still think your augers are a little loud........well englander shipped the answer right inside the stove.......what causes the augers to be so loud is the torque brackett that the gearbox rests on.......all the gearbox noise gets transmitted into the stove making it sound real loud........if you pick up the motor you will see that englander has put some gasket material on the torque brackett to act as a cushion......but many hours of choppin long pellets, and pushin auger binding "fines".......this cushion gets thin and augers get loader........the good part is this gaskett is long enough to be cut in half and doubled up to provide twice the cushion on the torque brakett.........much quiter now........ hope this helps........my wife is getting jealous of the stove......you know....the whole quality time thing........
