Hi,
I am new to this forum. Thanks for having me.

Have the mentioned pellet stove. The burn pot is difficult to remove.
It seems to get stuck on something and won't come out. It just recently starting acting this way.
I was wondering if the burn pot can warp and change dimensions. I keep the burn pot pretty clean and the burn area clean.

Any thoughts?

Kevin

I didn't receive any replies to this. The situation got worse and I was somehow able to get the burn pot out. It was definitely bulging on both sides, at the bottom of the burn pot. I hammered both sides back in and that is a temporary "fix". The burn pot goes in and comes out easily, as it did and should.
Now the problem is that this is/was the re-engineered burn pot that I got within the last year (or so). Does anyone know if Englander 25SSP01 has an even newer version of the burn pot? This one can't take the heat, or my stove gets too hot...or both.

Please give me your thoughts?

Thanks,
Kevin
