I've been running my pellet stove for my second season. I'm getting a good amount of pellets that don't seem to be all the way ash in my burn pot. I'm running on the c setting. My bottom 3 numbers are 4,6, and 1. I'm running it now on 1-1 settings and it doesn't look like the pellets are burning all the way.

Try to change your bottom 3 settings to 3 5 1 or 3 3 1 but give the stove about 20 mins between adjustments so it has a chance to take affect.sometimes it's hard to dial them in on the low settings in the shoulder season just do small adjustments of the 1st two of your bottom three numbers.the last one should always be set on 1.

OK thanks. I'll give that a try today.
