Enviro M55 startup problem

During initial startup my agitator runs every time the auger feeds pellets which removes them from in front of the igniter making the stove go into a #3 fault far too many times. The pellets are also being expelled into the ash pan unburned wasting fuel as well. Does anyone know what the fix is?

You don't say how old your stove is but off the top of my head the Magic smoke has left the control board

Ensure that your pellet setting is set to premium. If it’s set to regular/multi fuel the agitator will run continuously during startup. Had the same issue one time when I was experimenting with regular setting

The agitator should not move at all for the first 5 minutes of the lighting cycle. Also, for quickest ignition, make sure the small ”bar” in the burn pot directly in front of the Ignitor has not burned away and that it’s very clean on both sides.
