We are happy with how the EPA is handling this update. If you look at the bottom of page 2 under Category 1 you will see that the EPA is now going to require any test to be at the lowest delivered output (idle mode) and also below 35% of the maximum BTU. We brought this to the EPA’s attention after seeing that they weren’t aware of it on another test. Glad that they acted on it now!
 
And since there is only one other cordwood furnace known to have "passed" the test...I guess we know who gets to go again! Not surprised...
