Well...commercial might be a bit misleading as it's a consortium led by a non-profit, but still the bones of the project look great.
Abandoned mine site with substation and high-voltage lines already in place, generating up to...(wait for it)...1 MW!
They already are behind the times if they think that the site's potential for 200MW will make them the world's biggest. I need to direct some of them here for better info I guess.
The combo of solar and hydro in BC could be a real winner.
