Fines dust collector systems let's see them

I have a great Idea for making one just thought if anyone has a few pictures of there own.

Seems like whatever bag you have there is a lot of dust and fines.

My man cave has a dust collecter system already so I was thinking of using something like that.
Figured I would have the cleanest pellets around!

A lot has been said about "cleaning" the fines out of your pellets prior to burning them. Some do it, some think it's a waste of time. If you check out the link below, you'll see the one that I made for less than $20.00 and it works very well (includes video and diagram). I used it for every single bag of pellets last season and continue to. My thoughts are that it takes only a few minutes per bag to do, it removes any and all fines/dust which is one less thing to worry about jambing my stove or making any mess while filling the hopper. Also, for those who are sensitive to dust, problem solved.

Yahoo just finished thanks for the info, I can't believe how much is in a bag of Prieum Pellets!

The milk just was just to try it out I have a water bottle I will use and it will be done!
$17.82 was my total.

Here's the one I made last winter:

mine is the hopper on my stove.

I make a 45 degree angle ~4" cut in one of the corners of the bag. I then fill the stove in such a way thet the pellets fall the shortest distance. This has reduced the dust I get significantly as it sticks to the inside of the bag and has the least aggitation. I then use the bags for trash. I try to make things very simple as I don't feel liek spending lots of free time moving and processing pellets. I'd rather be Hunting/Fishing etc....
