i have a wood burning fireplace which i would like to convert to gas. there is a very clean Fire King Yardwood (2003) for sale near me. my house is under 1600 s.f., one-story, and i don't plan on heating all of the rooms. i have electric baseboard and wall heaters, and need to do something different. does anyone have a suggestion about whether i should pursue this model, or not? many thanks!
