Hello I own a droplet echo 25 and the ingniter will not light pellets upon start up any more cleaned real good ran ok for a few then now received L error code and will not light pellets at start up if I manually light it seems to run fine and the ingniter they sent me was wrong so I am unable at this time to change but did inspect visually and looks ok it was working then just quit firing at start up any ideas please. No refund on ingniter they sent that was wrong so another 80$ and a few days hope to have the proper one but not sure that is the issue
