I like how it states new, then say come see it in operation as moving is the reason for selling.
 
I'm guessing this was installed for this season and the customer decided they want pellets instead, so 'new' is an approximation. I suspect that I know the seller. If so, good guys to deal with. I can probably get the back story if anyone is interested.
 
It's a nice discount on a good boiler just the same.
