What did you expect the horse to tell you? ha.

Be a little suspect of any kind of statements of efficiency. Many of our burners will exceed 80% efficiency for "some parts" of the burn. But overall efficiency is another thing. There are many threads on this floating around...
 
I have asked for the statement, I understand that it is a big deal for homeowners because it qualifies for tax credits
