like to know what happened. I changed the door gasket in the summer cleaned it out perfectly at got bronze fiberglass gasket glued it in did what they said closed the door on it for 2 hours. this was in the summer so now after maybe 2 months using it now I open the door and the gasket is falling off. I took it outside took the gasket off and not one trace of the glue was found channel had so white dust and the glue side of the gasket was half white. the gasket was dried out and broke like an icicle. I had most of the glue left so for now I cleaned the channel glued it back in. the old gasket had glue all over the channel and really had to be cleaned out. so did the old gasket. it seems the glue burned up turned into white powder and was gone. has any body saw or heard of this?
