My Hampton CGI60 Pellet Insert made by Regency is STILL not putting out the heat it once did and not maintaining a high flame. I have had it professionally cleaned twice now and they still can't figure out what is wrong. It was purchased in Nov of 2016.
I have contacted the dealer and the manufacturing company about this... it used to burn so high and hot and heat the room to 85º. Very disappointing.
