Vogelzang Ponderosa Wood Burning Stove : glass on my stove, super black. my maple in 3 plus years old gray and cracked.using primary air control does not help. thanks bob

If the wood is fully seasoned it sounds like either the stove is being run too low or has insufficient draft.

How large an area is the stove heating? Is there a thermometer on the stove top?
