Harman Accentra Insert ZC Box

Have an Harman Accentra pellet insert manufactured July 2008. Looking for a ZC Box for installation. I believe the part number is 1-10-674070. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

A zero-clearance box is required when the Harman P35i Insert is being installed in an opening that is not a Class"A" masonry fireplace. Kit Contains (1) Top Panel (1) Bottom Panel (2) Side Panels (1) Rear Panel (1) Flue Pipe Insulation Wrap (2) Wire Wraps (48) #8 X 1/2” Tek Screws.
