I have a Harman Advance pellet stove installed in 2004. Last winter there were pellets burning in the hopper. Changed ESP, all gaskets, cleaned slide and all components. Dealer does not know what caused the pellets to burn in the hopper. Will not ignite (igniter checks good). All blowers work. Bypassed pressure switch and still does not ignite. Looking for some help please. No error codes blinking.

The only thing I have found that starts a hopper fire is a stove plugged with ash
If it is plugged it will also not fire up
How clean is your stove from the air inlet to the tip of your exhaust?

Use the search box above, and google, and search for "Harman gummy stove" for your hopper fire.
As far as your "will not light, are pellets being fed to the burn pot? Is th eigniter getting cherry red? Did you have the igniter out?
